Digikala has introduced its AI-powered shopping assistant, DIA, to its mobile application. Previously active on Instagram, DIA now enhances the app's features by guiding users throughout the shopping process.
This smart assistant supports users in every stage of shopping, from searching and locating products to offering advice and reviewing opinions. Users can ask DIA to find specific products based on color, size, or price preferences.
Features of the DIA Assistant
DIA understands user needs and provides tailored suggestions based on preferences and budgets. For example, it can recommend phones with excellent cameras within a limited budget while factoring in user reviews for informed decisions. Additionally, the assistant addresses frequently asked questions to simplify the shopping experience.
