Software company Chargoon unveiled its rebranding during an event titled 'Change,' introducing a new visual identity and announcing updates to its business model. The company plans to develop an Open API platform with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence.
New Logo Represents Client Diversity
At the event, Chargoon revealed its new logo, which features four circles of varying sizes. Each circle symbolizes one of the company's client categories: small, medium, large, and startup organizations.
Arian Ohanian, Chargoon's branding consultant, explained the logo's design process. He said: "Two years ago, we realized the company was evolving rapidly. It became clear that we needed to rebrand."

He added: "The new logo consists of four circles of different sizes within a square template. It conveys multiple meanings, including four dots in Persian typography and circular shapes in the English spelling of 'Chargoon.' It also represents our four customer categories: small, medium, large, and startup organizations. The circle, as the most complete geometric shape, reflects integration and comprehensiveness—values Chargoon aims to achieve in its new ecosystem."
From B2B to H2H Connections
Shahin Tabari, chairman of Chargoon's board, discussed the company's founding 27 years ago. He said: "At that time, application databases were limited and not shared. Initially, we broke these barriers and established connections among organizations."

Tabari emphasized the shift from business-to-business (B2B) to human-to-human (H2H) strategies. "We are a team of individuals working to empower other human-centric organizations. This is a human-to-human connection, not merely business-to-business," he said.
He highlighted the company's evolving customer-centric strategy: "When you put yourself in the customer's shoes, a significant transformation occurs. We started by defining software capabilities ourselves. Now, we proceed from the user's perspective. If we understand the customer and provide a product tailored to their needs, there is less need for advertising and training. The customer becomes naturally motivated to use the product."
Open API Platform Enhances Business Collaboration
Farzad Rahmani, Chargoon's CEO, attributed the company's strategic evolution to changes in how businesses perceive products.
"When a business and customer collaborate, the business is ready to serve the customer's needs. However, real change happens when the approach shifts from 'customer support' to 'customer success.' This ensures mutual benefits and ties the business's success to the customer's success," Rahmani said.
He elaborated on Chargoon's response to these trends: "The new generation seeks access rather than ownership. Our primary asset is our years of experience. Our answer to these changes is providing access to the best possible user experience."
Rahmani introduced Chargoon's upcoming Open API platform: "This secure platform allows small and large software companies, developers, and startups to integrate their services and products into Chargoon's ecosystem. It creates additional value for end customers."
AI as Core to Strategic Innovation
Artificial intelligence emerged as another key focus during the event. Shahbaz Tavakoli, Chargoon's technical manager, highlighted its significance.
"Gartner's 2026 report states that six out of ten top tech trends next year will be in artificial intelligence," Tavakoli said. "The question is not whether we should move toward AI but precisely what actions we must take."
