Milad Monshipour, the founder of Tapsi, has entered the global real estate advisory market with his new startup, AIR Prop. Headquartered in Dubai, the company has secured a $20 million investment from Unique Properties to launch what it claims to be the region’s first AI-powered real estate platform.

According to Digiato, AIR Prop offers a new real estate experience through a proprietary artificial intelligence engine. The system promises full transparency and simplicity for both buyers and sellers by analyzing real-time data and continuously learning from it.

Branded with the slogan “Born in Dubai, Built for the World,” AIR Prop aims to redefine the traditional role of real estate agents through advanced technology.

Monshipour launched Tapsi, the Iranian ride-hailing platform, in 2016. In February 2024, Golrang Industrial Group acquired Tapsi’s shares. Monshipour stepped down as CEO in March 2024 and officially left the company’s board of directors in August 2024.
