Ehsan Chitsaz, Deputy for Policy Making, Planning, ICT Development, and Digital Economy at the Ministry of ICT, announced via a tweet that the Judiciary will establish a digital economy dispute resolution group.

Chitsaz referred to a recent meeting of government heads with several managers and activists in the digital economy. He wrote:

In today's digital economy development meeting, an important decision was made. The Judiciary will create a digital economy dispute resolution group with the presence of industry associations to resolve digital business issues with speed, mutual understanding, and specialized perspectives.

Government Commitment to Digital Economy

It is noteworthy that the President, in a meeting with digital economy activists held on Wednesday, November 05, 2025, at the Ministry of ICT, following some demands that required review by the legislative and judicial branches, promised that a joint meeting with the presence of government leaders would be held to directly address these demands.

This meeting took place yesterday with the attendance of Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the Speaker of Parliament, and Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, the head of the Judiciary.
