Iran's Vice President for Science and Technology has announced the launch of the 'Presidential Artificial Intelligence' project, which has now entered its implementation phase. He stated that the first operational outcome of this initiative will be available by the end of the year.

Project Goals and Objectives

Hossein Afshin, the Vice President for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy, outlined the project's goals. He said, 'The purpose of this system is to assist the president and ministers in making quicker and easier decisions on matters such as price changes, tariffs, and economic policies.'

Afshin emphasized that the AI system will streamline decision-making processes by analyzing data from various executive bodies. The data will then be presented in intelligent dashboards, offering immediate proposals for cabinet discussions.

Presidential AI's System Functionality and Impact

Afshin further explained how the system would complement existing mechanisms. He noted that expert committees and commissions will continue their work as usual. However, artificial intelligence will contribute by enhancing precision, speed, and order in decision-making processes.

The AI tool aims to provide a supplementary role, ensuring more organized and efficient policy evaluations for Iran's leadership while maintaining traditional expert analysis procedures.
