The judiciary spokesperson announced that a special task force has been established in Tehran's judicial system to address Telegram channels that report currency exchange rates.
Asghar Jahangir explained that the judiciary will intervene in cases where currency-related violations are organized or affect public rights. He stated, "A task force has been formed in Tehran's judiciary, involving relevant officials, to monitor Telegram channels that attempt to inject false currency rates into society."
Judicial Actions Against Telegram channels
The judiciary spokesperson added that as a result of the task force's activities, individuals who created disruptions in this area have been identified. Necessary judicial orders have been issued against them.
He also noted that the servers and some administrators of these channels are located outside the country. Judicial actions regarding these overseas operations are underway.
