Hesam Armandehi, founder and chairman of Divar platform, published a letter explaining the company's rejection from the Tehran Stock Exchange. He revealed that his disqualification was the primary reason for this decision.

The letter, sent by the security department to the CEO of the Tehran Stock Exchange, stated: "The IRGC Intelligence Organization has declared Mr. Hesam Mir-Armandehi's disqualification. Consequently, the company's acceptance is contingent on his absence."

Founder Responds to Disqualification

In response, Armandehi announced that as Divar's main shareholder, he opposes the company's inclusion in the marketplace stock exchange under these conditions.

Mahmoud Goudarzi, CEO of the Tehran Stock Exchange, had previously commented on June 27 regarding this matter. In response to a question from Digiato about Divar's rejection, he said, "Divar must receive approval from security organizations. If they obtain this approval, there will be no issues for their acceptance in the stock exchange."
