Mohammad Amin Aghamiri, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace, has officially issued the regulations for the Digital Economy Facilitation Committee to relevant organizations for implementation.

According to Digiato, the regulations, approved in late July this year, mandate the committee to address grievances raised by official digital economy associations within 48 hours.

With the issuance of these regulations, all companies and private sector stakeholders can submit their complaints for review through an online portal established on the National Cyberspace Center's website.

At the time of approval, concerns were raised about whether these regulations might facilitate tiered internet services for businesses via this committee. However, these claims were denied by the President. Despite this, the full text of the regulations has yet to be officially published, with only excerpts being shared by certain media outlets.
