Hamrah Aval, coinciding with the launch of the latest generation of iPhones, has announced its readiness to offer and begin pre-registration for electronic SIM cards (eSIM) for the first time in the country.
According to Hamrah Aval’s statement, customers with eSIM-compatible devices can utilize Hamrah Aval’s services without needing a physical SIM card. They can also participate in special prize lotteries by activating eSIM functionality.
Details regarding activation and pre-registration will soon be announced through Hamrah Aval’s official channels.
Following Apple’s unveiling of the iPhone Air in recent days, it was revealed that the device exclusively supports eSIM technology and does not accommodate physical SIM cards. This prompted concerns that the iPhone Air might not be usable in Iran due to the lack of eSIM support among Iranian mobile operators.
Now, with Hamrah Aval introducing electronic SIM cards, Iranian customers can enjoy the full capabilities of the iPhone Air.
